Egis XD Flex 2 Single VSR Batterietrennrelais 8-36V 500A
Das Egis XD Flex 2 Single in der VSR-Ausführung ist ein hochleistungsfähiges bistabiles Batterietrennrelais, das für Anlagen mit Blei-, AGM- und GEL-Batterien konzipiert ist. Im VSR-Modus steuert das Relais das Verbinden und Trennen vollständig automatisch auf Basis der erfassten Spannungswerte, ohne dass ein manueller Eingriff erforderlich ist. Die Betriebsspannung liegt zwischen 8 und 36 V DC, wodurch es mit 12- und 24-V-Anlagen kompatibel ist. Diese Version ist mit einem Einstellknopf und einem Kabelbaum für das Lenkrad ausgestattet.
Jede Einheit verfügt über einen manuellen ON / LOCK OFF-Schalter, um den Zustand des Relais zu erzwingen, und eine Status-LED. Der zulässige Dauerstrom beträgt 500 A, der Nennstoßstrom 700 A und der Anlaufstrom innerhalb von 30 Sekunden bis zu 1500 A: Werte, die für Anlagen mit hohen Lasten geeignet sind. Die Position im Stromkreis ist frei wählbar. Die XD Flex-Modelle verfügen weder über eine NMEA 2000-Integration noch über eine Anzeige auf einem MFD.
Die XD Flex-Plattform ist auch in Doppel- und Dreifachausführung erhältlich, mit ferngesteuerten Relais, rein manuellen mechanischen Relais oder Kombinationen aus beiden Typen.
