300W Monocrystalline Solar Panel

The 300 W Di-Tec solar panel uses monocrystalline cells with PERC technology and multi-busbar (MBB) design. The rear passivation layer of the PERC cells reflects unabsorbed light back into the cell, reducing electron recombination losses and increasing yield under the same irradiance. The MBB design improves electron conduction and reduces resistance losses, also having a positive effect on the module's lifespan.

The front glass is 3.2 mm ultra-clear tempered glass with low iron content (Fe2O3 less than 150×10⁻⁶), with light transmission greater than 91% and an anti-reflective suede-effect coating. The rear enclosure is hermetically sealed with an IP67 protection rating. The panel operates from -40 °C to +85 °C, withstands wind loads up to 2400 Pa and snow loads up to 5400 Pa. To connect it to a battery bank, an MPPT or PWM charge controller is required, not included.
