Osculati RINA-approved aerosol fire suppression system
Max Marine is a RINA-certified aerosol fire suppression system. Each generator contains a solid extinguishing agent that, upon activation, rapidly transforms into an aerosol with particles measuring just a few microns. Once dispersed quickly throughout the environment, these particles behave similarly to gases. The generated aerosol extinguishes the fire by inhibiting the chemical reaction of combustion without reducing the oxygen content in the protected environment, without producing toxic or corrosive byproducts, and without damaging the atmospheric ozone layer. It is eco-friendly and environmentally safe. The system features a remotely operated manual pull or electrical activation device and an automatic activation device (fusible link). It offers numerous advantages due to its compact size, very low weight, and ease of installation, as it requires no distribution piping, discharge nozzles, or pressurized containers. The activation and operating logic of the Max Marine system are monitored by a control panel equipped with dry contacts for user shutdown. Control panel power supply: 24 V.
