Osculati Mooring Peak with Integrated Shock Absorber 20 mm x 12 m
Mooring rope in 100% high-tenacity polyester double braid with an elastic shock absorber integrated into the construction. The 600 mm elastic element absorbs sudden jerks caused by wind, currents, or passing vessels, reducing peak loads on cleats and bollards. The anti-twist construction prevents residual twisting during maneuvers; the UV treatment protects the fibers from prolonged exposure to sunlight, and the abrasion resistance protects the rope in the contact area with the quay.
It comes pre-fitted with a 60 cm diameter eye: the generous size facilitates quick attachment to bollards and mooring posts, a useful feature especially during mooring maneuvers in cruising. The diameter is 20 mm for an overall length of 12 m, with a declared breaking load of 4500 kg. The color is black.
