Lewmar Captive CRW400 Rope Accumulating Winch
The Lewmar Captive CRW400 is an electric rope locker designed for handling objects on boats up to 9 metres in length. The load-bearing structure is made of 316 stainless steel with composite bearings; the outer cover is made of UV-stabilised ABS, resistant to salt water and exposure to the elements. The compact body is suitable for mounting on tender trolleys and in garages.
The motor operates at 12 V with a power output of 400 W and a current draw of 15 A. The 6 mm rope is wound on the drum for a maximum extension or retrieval length of 35 metres; the pulling capacity is up to 275 kg and the maximum retrieval speed is 25 m/min. The winch can handle anchors weighing up to 16 kg. The body dimensions are 365 x 303 x 188 mm (height), with a weight of 10 kg.
