3. before installing the repair kit, depressurize the gas line and remove any residual gas.

4. do not use open flames near the gas system.

5. do not make any changes to the gas system that are not described in the manufacturer's instructions.

6. regularly inspect the gas system and have it repaired immediately in the event of damage or irregularities.

7. in the event of a gas odor or other irregularities, immediately shut down the gas system and contact qualified personnel for an inspection.
