GES Melamine Oak Transverse Edge Banding 25 mm
The GES melamine edging with Transverse Oak decor covers the edges of particleboard or plywood panels with a natural-looking wood-grain effect finish. Its 25 mm width and 0.3 mm thickness make it suitable for finishing camper furniture and interior fittings where panel edges need to be protected and finished in plain view.
Apply with contact adhesive or vinyl adhesive, preferably on plywood, at a working temperature above 18 °C. The product is intended for decorative applications: for surfaces that need to be painted, the supplier recommends using plain ABS or melamine edging. The light resistance is grade 6 according to DIN 54004, which guarantees color stability over time. The heat resistance ranges from -40 to +100 °C, and the chemical resistance complies with standard EN 12720, with limited solvent resistance. The reaction to fire is classified as B3 (flammable, not self-extinguishing) according to EN 13501. The product is recyclable according to the regulations of the country of use. Sold in multiples of 15 m.
