GES ABS Amberes Edge Banding 16 mm - Multi-packs of 15 m
The GES Amberes ABS edging is a decorative edging for covering the edges of panels and doors, with a wood-grain effect surface that imitates the appearance of natural wood. It is suitable for decorative applications on furniture and fittings, with bonding to plywood using contact or vinyl adhesive. The back side is pre-treated with primer to facilitate adhesion; the edging does not have a protective film.
The technical characteristics declared by the supplier: light resistance grade 6 in accordance with DIN EN ISO 4892, fire reaction classified B2 according to EN 13501 (DIN 4102, normally flammable, not self-extinguishing), operating temperature range from -30 °C to +85 °C, good chemical resistance in accordance with EN 12720 (DIN 68861-1) with limited solvent resistance. The recommended working temperature is between 18 and 24 °C. The material is recyclable according to the regulations in force in the country of use. For applications requiring painting, the supplier recommends using special primer ABS or melamine edgings. The product is sold in multiples of 15 m.
