L'interruttore magnetotermico Electra 7038B protegge i circuiti di verricelli ed eliche di prua dall'eccesso di corrente e dai cortocircuiti. Il montaggio e' da incasso su foro tondo da 53,5 mm. Il dispositivo e' progettato specificamente per l'ambiente nautico: i contatti bimetallici e i perni di grossa sezione reggono le correnti elevate tipiche di questi carichi, mentre la costruzione e' resistente all'ambiente salmastro e alle vibrazioni.
Il sistema antideflagrante lo rende adatto all'installazione in prossimita' di motori a benzina. Il comando e' unico, ON/OFF, senza separazione tra azionamento manuale e scatto termico. La tensione massima di esercizio e' 48 V DC, la corrente nominale massima e' 40 A con un potere di interruzione di 5.000 A. Il perno di fissaggio e' da 8 mm. La temperatura di esercizio va da -25°C a +82°C. Certificazione CE.
