Di-Tec S3 Advantseal grey silane-modified polymer sealant 290 ml
S3 Advantseal is a next-generation one-component sealant based on a silylated polymer, free from solvents, isocyanates, and silicones. Flexible and tough, it resists UV rays without yellowing over time. In addition to its sealing function, it offers excellent adhesion for flexible bonding on various substrates.
Typical applications include exterior and interior sealing: portholes, windows, profiles, and bathrooms. The 290 ml cartridge can be applied with a manual or pneumatic caulking gun. Before application, surfaces must be clean, degreased, and dry; the surface preparations recommended by the supplier are P1 primer and isopropyl alcohol (IPA). The use of nitro solvent and pink alcohol is not recommended, as they may act as release agents. Water and soap are sufficient to spread and smooth the product.
