The 50 ml Di-Tec two-component polyurethane adhesive is formulated for repairing and reconstructing small plastic parts: it bonds cracks and broken parts and fills in missing sections. The two-component polyurethane base ensures a mechanically robust bond to plastic substrates.
The working time is 1 minute; the product can be sanded after 3 minutes at room temperature. Curing can be accelerated by heating the part to 60 °C with infrared light. The resulting color is gray, compatible with subsequent painting using Teroson 155 primer. The supplier recommends preparing the surfaces with TER-VR10 cleaner-activator before application and using the LOC-PM dispensing gun for precise dosing of the two components. The formulation falls under MicroEmission™ technology: the monomeric isocyanate content is less than 0.1%, which excludes the requirement for the R40 hazard statement.
