The NOCO NLP5 Group 5 Powersport Lithium Battery is a next-generation battery specifically designed for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, PWCs, scooters, snowmobiles and other powersports vehicles.
Its strength lies in the fact that it is able to deliver up to 250 A of inrush current, withstand 50,000 starting cycles and 2,000 charging cycles.
These performances are respectively 2, 10 and 5 times higher than those of a corresponding lead-acid battery available on the market.
The NOCO NLP5 Powersport Group 5 is designed with a custom rubber shock base and foam inserts to absorb shock for longer life and stronger connections.
Threaded inserts in the body allow you to add modular spacers to change the size of the battery and allow for safe and secure mounting.
The integrated, high-quality, waterproof IP66 PCB copper terminals can be mounted front, side, or top, or removed entirely depending on the application.
In terms of safety, the battery is equipped with active protection against overload, extreme temperatures, short circuits, excessive discharge and overcurrent.
Charging time is just a few minutes using the lithium mode of a NOCO Genius charger.
The NOCO NLP5 Group 5 Powersport Lithium Battery is finally compatible with most brands of motorsport vehicles and replaces lead-acid battery models: BTZ7S, BTZ8V, BTX4L-BS, BTX5L-BS, BTX7L-BS, BTZ5S, YTZ7S, YTZ8V, YTZ5S-BS, YTX4L-BS, YTX5L-BS and YTX7L-BS.
