Osculati 300A Battery Switch ON-OFF Electra Series
The Osculati Electra Series switch disconnects the connection between the battery and the onboard circuit with an ON/OFF function on a single pole. It de-energizes the system when the boat is stationary, protects against parasitic currents and allows for safe intervention on the electrical system.
It handles 300 A continuously, 450 A intermittently and 1000 A for five seconds at startup, to cover the engine starting currents. The range of application goes up to 48 VDC. Cable exit is possible on all four sides, so the installation adapts to the path of the cables already on board. The body accepts both surface mounting and flush mounting. Compliance with the UNI EN ISO 8846 standard makes it suitable for use in environments at risk of flammable atmospheres, such as engine compartments of boats.
