The Aldebaran Combo LED electric searchlight by Osculati is a 24 V adjustable projector with a 40+40 W LED light source, delivering 3000 lumens at 6000 K and 200,000 candelas, with a useful range at 0.25 lux stated by the supplier as 895 metres. The housing is made of die-cast aluminium coated with highly resistant anti-corrosion resins and the body is completely watertight.

Horizontal rotation reaches 355° at two selectable speeds; vertical rotation covers 50°. The dual Combo function allows switching from Spot mode, a concentrated 20° beam, to Flood mode, a diffused 45° light, depending on navigation or manoeuvring requirements. The central LED is replaceable in case of failure. The searchlight is equipped with protection against electronic interference. The stated power consumption is 54 W, equivalent to over 100 W of a conventional light bulb.

The dashboard joystick control with a 4.5 m cable is included. A second joystick can be added via the two-port cable (dedicated item sold separately). Alternatively or additionally, the wireless remote control can be paired (also optional, with a bracket for dashboard mounting and a range of up to 40 m from the searchlight).
