Osculati Oblix Scalzata High-Resistance Braided Rope 8 mm Red - 100...
The Unsheathed Oblix Braid by Osculati is a rope without an outer sheath, impregnated with a Teflon EcoElite™ treatment that prevents it from absorbing water. The 12-strand construction in OBLIX™ yarn guarantees breaking loads equal to Dyneema, with extremely high resistance to abrasion and UV rays.
The absence of a sheath makes it very easy to lead and its uses are wide-ranging: halyards, sheet lines, hydraulic cylinder halyards, running rigging, winches, tender steering, and any static or dynamic application that requires a compact and high-strength rope. The spool is 100 metres; single lengths are not available for purchase.
This data sheet refers to the 8 mm diameter in red. For other diameters or colours in the unsheathed Oblix range, please check the dedicated listings.
