Double-Braided Kevlar and Polyester Tubular Weave 6 mm - 200 meters
The Osculati double braid combines Kevlar® aramid fibres and polyester in a high-tenacity construction, with a breaking load of 2000 kg at a diameter of 6 mm. The presence of Kevlar guarantees high resistance to high temperatures, a characteristic that makes it suitable for high-speed manoeuvres, where heat from friction on sheaves and stoppers is a critical factor. The abrasion resistance is stated by the supplier to be extremely high.
The rope is available in yellow-red and is supplied on a 200-metre reel. Single lengths are not available for purchase: it is sold only in full reels.
